Dog Grooming Training Courses – Terms & Conditions

By booking a course with Toni’s Pet Spa & Training Academy, you are agreeing to the following:

1. Course Fees & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.


All payments are non-refundable, no matter the reason.



2. Attendance & Missed Sessions
Our courses run on a set schedule and we cannot offer make-up days.


If you miss a day for any reason (including illness or emergencies), that day will be lost and cannot be re-booked.


You are responsible for attending all sessions to complete your training.



3. Conduct & Participation
Please arrive on time and be ready to take part fully each day.


Professional behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour, repeated lateness, or lack of participation may result in removal from the course with no refund.



4. Certificates
Certificates are only awarded to students who attend the full course and show the required level of skill and knowledge.



5. Course Content
We may occasionally need to adjust course content, trainers, or schedules. If this happens, we’ll give as much notice as possible.



6. Course Recognition
Dog grooming in the UK is currently unregulated, which means there is no official government-recognised qualification.


Our courses are designed and taught by experienced groomers at Toni’s Pet Spa & Training Academy.


On successful completion, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion from us.



7. Learning Pace & Extra Training
Everyone learns differently. Our courses are designed to give you the skills you need in the set time, but some students may need extra practice.


The course fee covers the agreed training days only. Any extra training is not included.


Extra sessions, refresher days, or one-to-one training can be booked separately at an additional cost (subject to availability).


Dog grooming is a hands-on career that requires ongoing practice and development. Completing the course does not guarantee employment, a set skill level, or business success.

By paying your course fees, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
